By accessing or using Trees.Cloud ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.

2. Description of Service

Trees.Cloud provides a cannabis data platform that offers analytics, market insights, and business intelligence tools for the cannabis industry. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Market data and analytics
• Product and pricing information
• Business intelligence tools
• Integration services with point-of-sale systems
• Custom reporting and data exports

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for any activities or actions under your account.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature, you agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but we will provide notice of such changes.

• All fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Service. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content provided by users or third parties.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TREES.CLOUD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trees.Cloud and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

13. Text Messaging Terms

Trees.Cloud Account Alerts is an optional text message program operated by Trees N Clouds Technologies, Inc.. If you opt in, we send sign-in verification codes, account and security alerts, and replies to support requests you started. We do not send marketing messages.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
